OOCL Asia From Far East (Excluding Japan) To North Europe, The Mediterranean And Black Sea (Westbound) – Rate Restoration Program

In order to continue providing quality and sustainable services, we are announcing a Rate Restoration Program in the Asia Europe Trade.

With effect from July 1st, freight rate for westbound traffic from Far East (excluding Japan) to North Europe, the Mediterranean and Black Sea will be increased by:

  • US$1300 per TEU.

OOCL Bunker Surcharge Variations (BAF) South East Asia, India Subcontinent, Middle East/ Gulf, East Africa Over Singapore , Port Kelang To Australia

The regular review of bunker costs has been completed and there are changes to the Bunker Surcharge which are reflected in the table below

South East Asia; India Subcontinent; Middle East/Gulf; East Africa over Singapore/Port Kelang to AUS

Imports US$150 US$300 1st July, 2015

The new BAF tariff will be applied based on cargo received dates.

The above adjustment has been made from current levels for Southbound US$130/20’ and US$260/40’, expiry date 30th of June, 2015.

OOCL Rate Restoration China, Hong Kong, Korea And Taiwan – Australia Trade

OOCL would like to advise that in order to maintain a high standard of service to customers, there will be a Rate Restoration of:

  • US$300/20’ and
  • US$600/40’

from the 1st of July 2015, for both dry and refrigerated cargoes in the base ocean freight for cargoes from North East Asia (including China, Hong Kong, Korea and Taiwan) to ports and points in Australia.

This increase will be applied in full on top of existing ongoing market rates to all import shipments with the Cargo Gate-in/Receive Date on or after the 1st of July 2015, and will be subject to ancillary surcharges applicable at the time of shipment.

from the 1st of May 2015, for both dry and refrigerated cargoes in the base ocean freight for cargoes from South East Asia, South Asia and the Gulf (Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines, Thailand, Middle East, Myanmar and the Indian Sub-Continent) to Australia.
